Onboarding is fully guided by our team. You do nothing technical — we connect your calendar, install the locker, and train the local network before your next check-in.

    Signing & kickoff

    A 30-minute call. We review your property, calendar and house rules. You sign the pilot agreement.

  2. Days 1–3

    Technical connection

    We connect your Airbnb/Booking iCal or your PMS. Your property is onboarded into the dashboard. You receive access.

    Locker installation

    We coordinate with your building management. The smart locker is installed in a common area and stocked with hotel-grade linen.

Which areas is the pilot available in?

How much does it cost and how is it billed?

Monthly per-property subscription covering laundry, rotating linen and locker access. Per-turn cleaning and marketplace consumption are billed separately. Final pilot pricing is confirmed on signing.

Do I need to install anything in my unit?

No. The smart locker is installed in a common area of the building, not inside your unit. Your guest opens it with a QR code. You do nothing.

Does it work if I live abroad?

Yes — it's built for remote hosts. Everything is triggered automatically from your booking calendar, and you see status in a simple dashboard.

For Property Managers

Does it integrate with Airbnb, Booking or my PMS?

Yes. We connect to your unified iCal calendar or directly to your PMS to detect check-outs and trigger cleaning, laundry and restocking with no manual work.

Can I manage multiple properties from one account?

Yes. The dashboard shows every unit, locker status, cleaning shifts, consumption and guest ratings in one place.

What happens if a cleaner fails to show up?

We run a certified backup network with photo checklists. If someone doesn't show or fails the check, the system reassigns automatically before the next check-in.
